isabel could feel something ominous approaching.
something bad was going to happen soon.
it was strange;
everything around her felt so normal,
and yet inside was pure turmoil.
she silently followed kelly and her group wherever they went, listening to their dull repetitive chatter of boys and makeup and clothes.
and yet,
wherever she went,
this feeling also went with her;
the ominous feeling that everything she had grown to know at k-12 was going to change.
she had only ever experienced a feeling like this a few times before,
and all of those times,
