User can give others quirks.
Pros:
-user's genes generate infinite amount if quirks
-user is immune to strain of quirks
-user can pass on their quirk but will always have it
-original quirks will copy over to user if giving another quirk to someone who has one
-original quirk will be locked away in the person
-user can choose the quirk or do it randomly
-new quirks will manifest in the person like they were born with it
Cons:
-there is a limit to how many quirks can be given out
-quirk stops working after 75 quirks are given out, may be more or less depending on user
-user can't user quirks they store
-user can only give quirks
Weakness: greed
Users will quickly get to their limit if they surrounded by greedy people who want powerful quirks
