-user can get aspects from them
-user can get information they need
-user will be a dream to those they visit
Cons:
-user will remain where they travel for 5 hours
-user cam physically be touched by others
-user can't chose if they observe or appear physically
-user will leave an echo of themselves
-user must know date and place
Weakness: head injury
User will be unable to travel when dizzy etc
