User can pull a future version of a target back into their current time.
Pros:
-user can do this freely
-effects of the future version disappear when they return home
-user can make it any time
Cons:
-if the person is dead, the user will bring back the corpse
-the person if the time the user is in replaces the future version in their time
-user is powerless 2 hours after bringing someone back in time
-user must send back the future version themselves
