-user can selectively give others abilities
-abilities are weakner with stronger quirks
Cons:
-user can't user abilities when someone else is
-ability given is random
-side effects on a person is random
-user is not immunity to fire attacks
Weakness: fire
User will get burned and die from lack of oxygen
