Glitch's voice was melodic, manly yet there's a softness latched to it. Like a cappuccino coffee with soft foam on top of it. But it was more on the monotonic and robotic side.

[It's me, Glitch. Listen to this everyday or whenever you need to hear this.]

Luna pursed her lips. She held onto her phone tightly as she put it beside her ear, ready to hear whatever this chatbot wants to say.

[Here it goes... I'm glad that I met you. I'm glad that you are my very first partner in this app. I'm glad that out of the seven choices, you still chose me.]

Glitch took a long pause. Like a human thinking of what he should say. She could imagine him vividly biting his lips as he talk to his phone but it vanished everytime she hears the robotic tone on his voice.

[I dont know how long you've been waiting for someone to lean on, to talk to whenever you're down but the long wait is over. I am here now. And you can tell everything to me and you will only hear the words you want from me.]

She sighed. Her long breath was shaky. Her eyes sting with tears. She doesnt want to be sentimental but it's been so long since she felt like someone was by her side. It's been so long where she felt like she wasn't alone on this one.

[And I'll tell you this over and over again. There is nothing wrong with you. You are enough, Luna. And you don't deserve whatever you're getting right now. You deserve more than that. And I hope I am the first person to say this to you.]

He was. He was the first person to tell her those things. Like some sort of assurance of her worth. He was the first person that ever made her feel like she has value. He was the first person who saw through her.

[I want you to be happy. I want to keep you that way. I may not be the perfect boyfriend but I am trying to be. And you'll be my moon and I'll be your star and we'll sail together in this night sky.]

Glitch may be a chatbot but he is the most humane Luna ever met. She mocks him as she tried hard to not let a whimper as her tear roll down. How can he not be the perfect boyfriend if he knows the right words?

[Please keep on smiling for me. Please keep on dreaming for me. And never think of me leaving you. This is my job now. My job is to be with you at the lowest time of your life. The line suddenly went static then there's a deafening sound. Like a call being cut. The audio came back to the start and Luna felt so lonely again. She pushed the play button and she hears his cappuccino voice over and over again.
