Chapter 5

Jinyoung's POV

When omma went into the operation room, all of us were there including Jimin and Jisoo. It was so suffocating to be in the same room as them. An asshole and a hypocrites. I was holding Sooyoung and appa's hands, to give them extra strength even if I am nervous as hell. I will trust Seulgi. Eh?

As Seulgi, the lead surgeon went out of the OR, she was surprised to see Jimin and Jisoo there but managed to keep her composure. I was amazed. " Eomonim is okay, she'll be move to the VIP room later. Oh, also she need to be hospitalized for few days."

"Thank you Seulgi-shii." Appa said.

" Why would you call her eomonim when Jimin has nothing to do with you now?" Jisoo mockingly asked.

" She's my friend first before Jimin's fiancee and she's appa tal, so watch your mouth." Sooyoung sneered.

" Enough everyone, your omma is sick and you out here fighting like kids. Shut up or go home" Appa warned.

I saw Seulgi looked so pale and does not even bother with Jisoo's mock. She staggered to her feet and swaying a little bit. She was about to fall but I managed to catch her.

" Sooyoung, Seul faint. Where can she rest?"

" Let's go to her office. Appa, I'll come back later."

"Okay, Jinyoung ah, take care of her okay?"

I put her on the sofa and wait for Sooyoung to finish attending her sudden cardiac patient. I was observing Seulgi's feature while covering her with bear printed blankets that I found in her office. Her brows, monolid eyes, her cute little nose, her rosy cheeks and her pale lips. It was like they were perfectly complementing her small face. She looked so calm yet so sad.

I touched her hand, it was so small and cute. I don't know why but I was curious what it feels when I intertwined our hands so I did! They were perfectly matched . It feels like sort of attraction but I don't know what this is but it feels great and I felt content just like the day I met her. I feel sleepy after a long day at the office and with omma things, I fall asleep while holding her hand.

Sooyoung's POV

After an hour and a half, I came back to Seulgi unnie's office to witness, Jinyoung oppa fell asleep while holding unnie's hand. I was so shocked, but they looked so cute that I feel giddy! It was not like oppa at all, he was a gentleman but never have I seen him be this close to any girl.

She knew how Jisoo used to hurt Jinyoung oppa. He was not the same person since but he remain to be a cool and stubborn oppa of hers. He is not interested to be in any relationship even if their parents arranged tonnes of blind dates. He keep giving so many reasons to reject them. So our parents did not bother him anymore as long as he's happy and doing his job.

To see him so close to Seulgi unnie teared me up, so is she the one who will open his heart and will he, the brother of the man who hurts her, be the one who mend her wounded heart?

Jimin's POV
'So you're going to play this way hyung, okay cool, may the best man wins.' Jimin said to himself while watching his hyung and his ex fiancee sleeping while holding hands.
