Aura's narration

It wasn't just meditation that kept me sane after the death of my parents, but something else.

SomeONE else...that I met when I was 4 years old.

I first met her...

...in my dreams.

I thought at first that I had just imagined her...

...but it felt so real.

Normal POV

Aura's conscious

Aura looked around him at the black void that surrounds his very being.

Faint sounds echoed around him, some memories while others were new to him.

Aura stepped around and found different feelings to his surroundings.

Some moments it felt like he had accidentally skipped a step and almost stumbled over.

Other moments he felt everything shaking around him, as if a minor earthquake hit his mind.

There was even the moments that he felt weightless and could fell nothing around him.

At one point, Aura felt like he was falling down for miles.

After he finally managed to get his footing, he heard something...or someone.

He started walking to wherever it came from, the sound getting louder and louder.

It sounded like...crying.

Aura ran to it, wondering if someone needs help.

He stopped when he saw someone not far away.

A little purple ball of fur curled up on the ground.

Aura nervously said to it. "H-Hi..."

The ball uncurls to reveal a female cat.

She had a red gem on her forehead and wore some sort of Royal outfit.

Her yellow eyes met with Aura's ocean colored ones in curiosity.

She sniffed some and spoke. "W-Who are you?"

Aura responded. "M-My n-name is Aura."

She looked at him some, curious about the one who just appeared before her out of nowhere.

Aura nervously asked. "W-Why were y-you crying?"

She tears up again, her cheeks wet again from her emotions. "My mother... and father...they're...they're..."

She broke down again, not able to hold back.

The cat then felt something and looked to see Aura giving her a hug.

Aura looked at her. "I lost my parents..."

The girl starred at him for a few moments before returning the hug as well.

The two pretty much understood each other and what happened to them.

They had both been through something dark involving their families, and felt alone because of it.

They parted their hug and Aura smiled a little at her.

The cat finally told him something else. "My name is Blaze." She said with a returning smile.
