Victorie groggily opened her eyes and found herself staring into Rayan's silver ones. She was lying with her head on his lap. Her drunken state wasn't gone yet, but somehow, looking into his eyes, she could think clearly.
"You have beautiful eyes," she said, and giggled uncontrollably for no reason.
"Stupid girl," Rayan murmured. "You let your guard down once again. You do know with our current position, I can attack you, right?"
She giggled again, making him squint. No, she'd be the one to attack him.
With her arms snaked around his neck, Victorie pressed her lips to a startled Rayan's.
