I saw something this morning, that shattered my heart in more than one way,
Words left all my friends, the cruelest words to say,
Tears fell down from my eyes, a straight and steady path,
I half closed them and in an insane moment, started to laugh,
I thought that you would be there, my world, my prince, my knight,
I thought that I had made distance between us, but what was getting further away was really your light,
And to hear that you wanted to meet your end,
Just cause unlimited is my friend?
You bathed me in your sunlight,
You saved me from my own night,
You changed me, and helped me escape my fright,
You made me,
And you'll break me?
If you're gone there's nothing I can be, nothing I can do,
But to say that unlimited is a bad person, now that's not nearly true,
I've weeped and now I'm lonesome and blue,
But still I remain to love you,
Don't make me choose, between my best friend and love,
Don't leave our cliff, flying high above,
Don't slam the door,
Because then, I can't fight the fight anymore,
The girl in on her knees, crying to the skies,
Where is her boy? The bearer of good news, that washed away her lies,
She sees him climbing up, and she begs for him to understand,
That all she ever wanted, was to hold his hand..
