 *Ruel's pov*

I've been drinking quite a lot and at some point i got lost from y/n. Some girls were trying to flirt with me and get my attention but little did they know, she was the reason I was drinking, she was the only thing on my mind, her eyes were making me feel defenseless, they were driving me crazy, I spent nights crying and dreaming about her, y/n . But still I was lost between the hundred people at this party, I needed to find her but I guess someone found her before me. Next to her was a guy that I've never seen before. He was touching her EVERYWHERE and it was truly getting on my nerves. I start walking to the couch they were sitting. As I get closer I see y/n crying and begging him to let her go. I walked as fast as I could. I pushed the guy off her. He stands up and look at me. He was a shorter than me as I was looking down at me

"What's your problem huh? Can't you see that me and my girl were just having fun?!?" the guy said

"Having fun? HAVING FUN? THEN WHY IS SHE CRYING?!?" I said as I keep pushing him until his back touches the wall

*y/n's pov*

Ruel keeps pushing the guy on the wall and I could only guess that he was about to punch him. I got up from the couch and held his hand as I say

"Let's go home. Please"

He turns around and look me in the eyes

"One second please I need to finish something okay?" Ruel says

"No Ruel. Right now"

"Fine"he says and turns around to the guy and says "If you ever try that again I'll fucking kill you"

We walk to his car.

"I am driving cause you are clearly too drunk for that "

We got in the car and I start driving. It was silence for a while and I thought he was asleep but I hear him mumbling something

"Can you sleep at mine ? I'm home alone and I'm not feeling really good"

"Of course you don't feel good, you drunk too much and yes I can" I said smiling

When we arrived I help him get into his room, he gets changed in something more comfortable and I walk to the door.

"Where are you going" he asks almost asleep

"I am going home to get change and i'll be back"

"No need. You can take a hoodie of mine and a pair of sweats"

" Okay " I say as I walk to his closet and get changed into his clothes. When I got out and he looks at me and says

"you look great"

"Thank you " I say as I walk to the door again

"Sit here"he says as he points next to him

"I don't think.."

"I don't care come sit. I am not going to hurt you, I just want to cuddle" he interrupts me

I lay next to him and he puts his hand around my waist. His arm was slowly pulling me closer and it felt right so I didn't try to resist. A few moments later he starts mumbling something again

"Ruel speak louder or shut up"

"I really like you"

"And I like you too. We are friends so it is normal"

"no, not like that"

"Ruel go to sleep. You are drunk and tired"

I really liked him more than that but maybe he says all of this because he was drunk. He probably won't remember anything in the morning.

The next morning I woke up to the smell of fresh coffee and pancakes. I opened my eyes but Ruel was no longer next to me but next to the bed were a cup of coffee, pancakes and a note

"I went to the store, my family isn't home yet. Be back in 30. Hope you like pancakes

Love, Ruel"

"Going to the store alone isn't a good idea after a night like that" I laughed

I started eating the pancakes but heard a knock on the door. I rushed to the door and opened it . In front of it was a girl with black hair and green eyes. 

"Hello? Can I help you with something" I said smiling

"Hi, yes you can. Is Ruel home? I am his girlfriend by the way "
