The more I think about it, I don't really think I like this ship that much. It was cool in TDI (and did allow Courtney to loosen up a little), but in TDA and after it just became... Abusive? Like in TDA Duncan clearly resented being with Courtney and it only seemed like he wanted to be with her because she was hot.
Their relationship at first was really cute, but it fell from grace as it continued. By the end of World Tour they hated each other. I think in a way this ship was kind of destined to fail. I just wish they had written Courtney in a more likeable way because after a while she became outright controlling. Island Duncney still holds a place in my heart, but it just decayed over the seasons.
Ship rating: 7/10 for Island, 3/10 for Action, and 1/10 for World Tour and beyond.
