Hello, everyone, and welcome to the final chapter of Stay With Me. Don't worry, I cried too while writing this. These last few months I spent working on this story were AWESOME. I love you guys so much. In case you're wondering where I got the chapter name, search for the soundtrack "The Sun Shines Down" from Pokemon X & Y and listen to it while/after you read the chapter. Then, you'll understand. Now... time for the finale of Stay With Me *cackles evilly, then starts crying*

What was I doing? I was packing my things. I couldn't stand it anymore. I was going to work at another branch far away in Sinnoh. I just can't deal with this all, what with Gary, Serena, and the way everyone seems so clueless?

I walked down to the studio for a final good-bye. I was immediately engulfed in a hug by Angela.

"I'll miss you so much, dear, you were amazing," Angela told me. I smiled softly.

"I will miss you too. You know I don't want to go, but you also know that I have to." Angela nodded.

"Take... t-take care, (Name) (Last Name)," she told me, caressing my cheek as a tear slid down her own.

"You too, Angela." With that, Espeon and I left the studio, with me desperately trying to hold back my tears. Not that it was working. Everything had been taken away from me. The boss I always looked up to. One of my best friends. My boyfriend, who I had just gotten together with. Nothing ever goes my way, does it?

When I finally arrived at the airport, I heard Espeon mew sadly. I looked down at her.

"Hey, Espeon, it's okay, we're going to start everything over. Remember, a new leaf? That's what we're going to do."

About a half hour later, Espeon and I were boarding the plane. Suddenly, Espeon jumped onto my suitcase before I could put it into the storage department and dug out something I thought I would never see again.

My backpack that I always kept with me when I was a traveling Pokemon Trainer.

I had lost it after I beat Diantha. Turns out, it's been at the bottom of that suitcase the whole time.

"Espeon..." I whispered, taking the backpack. I zipped up the suitcase, put it into the storage compartment, and settled into my seat. I dug through the bag, finding Repels, several old empty Pokeballs, some Hyper Potions, and other junk I didn't care about. I was only looking for one thing. At last, I found it.

My diary.

I opened it and began to read. Suddenly, I was fourteen years old all over again.

Dear Diary,

Hi, it's (Name). I know I haven't written in you for... well, basically forever. But I'm back, and I hope you're ready to listen to me complain about my horrible life again.

You see, my father is really overprotective, and when I finally got a Pokemon (I'm fourteen now) he made me travel with Gary Oak. Ugh! I hate that guy so much!

So now I'm pretty much stuck taveling with my arch-enemy, Gary Oak. More news about my horrible life coming soon. Bye.

Dear Diary,

This week's the third week of my journey. Gary's fan girls are really annoying. They won't stop gushing over him. Its really quite irritating. The other annoying ting is, Gary flirts right back.
