Hero support items:he has a pair of skates installed into his leg armor that allow him to move at high speed when he cant fly. his helmet is also equipped with noise canceling tech for when he uses his echo wave,in order to not effect himself

Hero quirk: valstrax form This quirk allows him to transform into a fully formed valstrax,or at least use certain parts of it. by using this form his hair will turn silver(and red tips if enraged) and his eye color will change to a sapphire blue
abilities he can use: he can use his wings to fire dragon shots, out speed his enemy and even use them as blades against his enemy.
Blade form: By shifting the bones in his wings,he can make his wings in the form of long-swords,while using his propulsion to create a tornado of blades that can cut through even steel. and if pointed in the right direction and even turn himself into a drill
Signature move: WILL BE ANNOUNCED DURING SPORTS FESTIVAL (aint i a tease)
Impact echo wave:dragon : this allows him to vibrate his chest at high speeds resulting in a loud sonic blast of dragon energy,to both push back and discombobulate his opponent

Quirk drawback: if he uses too much of his dragon energy in a fight,the air that enters through his chest will come to a complete stop,resulting in either slight lung failure or his energy will slowly begin to shoot out of his chest uncontrollably. also due to complications he has not been able to complete transform like Ryuko can. at this point he can cover 25% of his body in scales
Backstory: after growing up in a small district in Tokyo, abused by his quirk-less family and nearly killed by them,he is rescued by the cops and is later adopted by a pro hero,giving him the confidence to become one himself in the future. He looks up to his adoptive mother because their quirks are very similar. he strives to be a hero who can protect those who come from the same background of abuse.
Adoptive mother: Ryuko tatsuma (AKA dragoon hero) Side note,since I saw that shes 26 in the anime shes gonna be a little older in this book ^^' (by like a year now that i look at it properly)
