Graduation.

~5 months later~

*Sabrina's POV*

"GRADUATION DAY!" Rowan squeals

We are putting on our graduations cap and gown.

Corey and Peyton walk in. They showoff their gowns.

"On point" Rowan says

"Thanks. You two look great" Peyton says giving Rowan a kiss

"Thanks" I say

"Well guys today is the day. We are graduating" Peyton says

"I wish Brads was here" Corey says

I smile "I have a feeling he can see us"

"Ready" Principal Scott asks

We all say yes. Then we take our seats.

Begin call our names one by one.

"Rowan Blanchard"

"Sabrina Carpenter" they hand me my diploma "who is also accepting the diploma for Bradley Perry" I smile and tear up

"Corey Fogelmanis"

"Peyton Meyer"

They put pictures on the big screen of Bradley. I guess ...I guess they think he is ...gone.

They motion for us to stand.

"I present to you the graduating class of 2017"

We all throw our caps up and catch them.

We give Bradley's parents his diploma and cap and gown. They go back to hospital and we go celebrate.

After we leave dinner we go to the hospital.

Bradley's parents are crying. I get scared.

"What's wrong is Bradley okay" I run into his room.

He looks fine...what's wrong?

"They say... that they are almost positive that h-he isn't gonna wake up" his mom says

I start crying. No. He has to.

I grab his hand and talk to him "Bradley, we graduated today. We all missed you there. We did get your diploma. Congratulations Brads. They even put your pictures up on the night screen" I start crying harder "Bradley you can't go. Don't leave me. I need you here"

I do something I haven't physically done since he's been in here... I kiss him.

Everything starts going crazy.

The doctors rush in and push me out

I try fight back. I have to know what's wrong.

"NO! WHAT'S WRONG!" I yell "BRADLEY DON'T GO" I cry

I hear the worse sound ever. He flat lined.
