Chapter Four - Closer

A smirked was plastered on his face as he continued talking. "You know what they say, what's meant to be will always find a way" his smirk growing wider.

Where was this energy even coming from? And since when did he become such a flirt?

A girl that did not get affected by his smirk, and how could he forget about that time where her stomach grumbled? He internally laughed as he recalled the amusing scene. Then again, most of all she did have something that once belonged to him that made her even more strangely compelling.

The ring that had the shape of the letter A.

SeoHwa touched her forefingers' tips together in front of herself and twiddle them up and down, especially her index finger where the "A" ring was at.

There was an immediate boost on SeoHwa's awkward, embarrassment and shy side. A part of her where she would make a slurping sound with her mouth, a part of her where she stuttered like an idiot, where her different body parts wouldn't stop shaking because of being apprehensive, where her whole face turned scarlet like a tomato, where she would start laughing sheepishly, twiddle her fingers and many more habits where she just wanted to crawl into a hole and never come back.

Red alarms started ringing inside SeoHwa's head. This wasn't good. She knew truly well how she acted impulsive when she was in this mood.

Her honey brown eyes stared down at Yoongi's ebony eyes that owed absence of complete absorption of light. She bit her lip after she took a gulp as the young artist in front of her held interest.

And there it came. The oh-so-famous sheepish laugh and the slurping sound left her lips instantly. A habit JiYeon, JiHo and all of her friends in general would make fun of.  They always teased her about it. SeoHwa couldn't help it though, she was too used to doing it.

"I- I-" SeoHwa already began stuttering, but after she saw a familiar face she couldn't continue. Instead she held Yoongi's left hand with her own left hand while making a turn, her back on the bookshelf optimizing Yoongi's body which was next to her to hide. She closed Yoongi's mouth with her right hand to stop him from speaking.

A spark of light shone inside Yoongi's eyes as they widened in a mixture of feelings.

"Can we go now? I'm too hungry I could eat a whole pizza."

"Don't speak or they'll find us." whisper-shouted SeoHwa, her right hand still covering Yoongi's lips. He couldn't help but start checking out her features, his eyes fixated on her honey brown orbs.

"I'll get a salad."

"Kang Se Yeong you can't just eat a salad girl. What are you, a goat?"

The three Asian ladies in their mid twenties left the bookshop, making their way to a restaurant. SeoHwa left out a breath in relief, starting to relax slowly. But her moment in tranquility didn't last long..

"Then should I talk like this?" the twenty five year old actor put both of his arms around the younger female, squishing her between him and the bookshelf. He leaned in closer as those words left his mouth.

He had been watching her like a hawk this whole time, and he sure was quite amused.

Something about her just provoked his arousal.

SeoHwa gasped at his actions, retreating her right hand immediately. Her right hand now covering her own mouth in surprise.

Strawberry...

Fifty shades of red spread through the brunette's face while the artists eyes crinkled at the corners, a smirk curling up.

His lipstick had left a mark on her hand! Even worse, she covered her mouth with the same hand!!

That expression she had, how she stood there agape with her mouth open like a kitty, he loved it. He definitely was going to cherish her expression for life.

But his delightful minute was crashed by SeoHwa's following unexpected action.

"Agh!" he whisper-shouted, holding his crotch in agony. The brunette had kicked him where the sun doesn't shine as Yoongi crouched with painful eyes.

"Pervert!" her blood boiled with anger, crossing her eyebrows furiously. She stared at his crouched form, holding the book she read which was also the book Namjoon wanted tightly between her arms. Stomping away flustered, she dared not to look at him again.

It takes a real nerve to raise a hand against me, Yoongi thought as he bit his lip. Or rather a leg in this case... His eyes fixated on the agitated female in front of him.

But I like it.

Rushingly she was on her way to buy the mystery book written by Tana French that was just indispensable she couldn't manage without it, but her foot stomped over the edge of the bookshelf resulting her body to fall down.

SeoHwa had fell on top of Yoongi, her body collapsing over the skinny boy with milky skin's anatomy.

Gawking at his round face that possessed small eyes with thick low set eyebrows, she could see that his cheeks were tinted with pink but the truth to be told she knew she was blushing twice as harder as he was. He was handsome, there was no doubt about that.

While Yoongi couldn't help but feel the urge to touch her hair that seemed soft and fluffy, the light reflecting making it seem as if she rather had blonde hair. She was unique, he had to admit that. Perhaps that's why he was acting different than usual right after he saw her at the library. After their encounter at the concert, he could tell she was innovative.

Nevertheless both of the young adults hearts were beating at a rapid pace.

A fake cough interrupted their lavish awe-taking moment. Two faces flushed pink turned to face the owner of the voice.

"No adultery allowed in the bookshop!"

I deeply apologize for the long wait, I've been extremely busy lately with a dozen of different things unfortunately:<. But I always try to write whenever I have the chance, the more you grow up the more responsibilities you start to get that's one thing for sure.. BUT NO WORRIES, WE ALL GOT THIS GUYS!!
