Life is a High Way: A New Generation

This is me and Alex's first year together. So far were working well together. I'm a petatric nurse, and Alex is a Car Dealer. We recently bought a house in New Mexico, my dad was surprised that day but he got over it.

"Jay, New Mexico Really?" My dad said as he choked on his beer. "Daddy listen Alex and me are fine, financially. Do you think we would be moving on state over if we didn't have the money?" I said very personally. "Jay, I don't know, New Mexico is too far for me." My dad said like he was moving there. "I'll visit every week?" I couldn't Belive I said that. "And FaceTime everyday" he added. "Deal, we're moving Thursday so I kinda need your help." I announced.

Thursday came around, and we packed our stuff up and headed to New Mexico South Drive (that would be our new address!) Alex carried me in the house, and set me on the bed. I got up and look at our bedroom it was wonderful! We had a bathroom, a door that lead to our pool, and it was on the 3rd floor. We were happy we enjoyed living together. Everything worked till I told him I wanted to try. "Try for what," he announced confused. I replied "I wanna try for a baby." "Jay, what no! Everything is just so perfect, and it's only a month into our marriage!" Alex screamed. "Alex I think it's the perfect time!" I announced calmly. "I don't know Jay, a baby?" He calmly announced, and sat on the couch. I followed him and said "Yes, I really want one." He replied calmly "What about a puppy?" "No, a baby" I said calmly. "All right," Alex said convinced. "Yay." I screamed with joy.
