"Nightmare." The skeleton looked up from his desk to see Under closing the door behind her.
"Whatcha need, Crescent?"
"I know something happened after I fell asleep. You guys aren't laid back and I somehow found a hiding place with rice and a bunch of other shit."
Nightmare froze.
"Its best you dont know, Under."
She shook her head.
"If you're afraid of me, just say it, Nighty. You're acting like I hurt you all... did I?"
Her eye widened.
Nightmare stood up and held her arms, smiling at her.
"We're afraid of that thing coming out of you again. The only reason you're here is because the one you were working with hurt you. I cant loose you again."
She smiled and touched his cheek.
" isnt that funny."
He raised an eyebrow.
"I remember quite clearly, actually."
His eye widened.
"I remember how he touched me, how you slammed me into the ground and I ran away. I remember killing Aura, yet shes still alive, isnt she? Angel's cant be killed by angels."
Nightmare was frozen. He couldnt say anything, and he couldn't move.
" I remember also how we captured Art and forced her into a state such that she couldnt control her own body. I changed, you say?"
He didnt respond.
"I wonder what kind of person you think of me, Night. I am a demon. From what I've h-
"No you're not."
Under blinked.
"You are a fallen angel of heaven. You retreated to being a demon out of pure fear. You are nothing but an angel who lost her way. You think your so bad yet you fell in love with me. Demons can not feel love."
He leaned closer and connected their lips.
"You are my angel, Under. And... if you say you are still dark and working with him... may I ask one question?"
She seemed to fight with herself before nodding slowly.
"What is fueling you to do this?"
Under pushed herself away from him and opened the door again.
"I'll be in the kitchen. I'm starving."
Nightmare noticed her iris was as cold as it was when.... well... when she was working with Leo.
He didnt like that.
