Johnny POV When I woke up I felt good which is a rare assurance considering my mind is a dark place. I tried to sit up when I saw this wasn't my room but Mackenzies. I was about to leave but then I realized it was only 4 in the morning and people are still awake. I just decided to go on my phone until Mackenzie wakes up. "You can move I'm not going to kill you" I heard someone say then I saw Mackenzie looking at me from her bathroom "oh sorry I thought you were sleep" I told her "I don't sleep at night" she said shrugging and turning off her light "a night owl I see" I told her "you can call it that" she said
"I'm sorry" I told her "why" she asked confused "for earlier" I said "I should have defended you I'm sorry" I told her and she just smiled at me "you are about to hurt me aren't you" I asked her and she just laughed "no. It was just cute" she said tucking a piece oh hair behind her ear "you apologized and that's all that matters" she said sitting next to me "you forgive to easy" I said chuckling "I just forgive you" she said flashing her million dollar smile at me "have you ever thought about prom" I asked her "I mean yeah but I'm not going to go" she said "why" I asked "Johnny this is a hospital not a boarding school. They don't just have dances" she explained
"Well I'm still enrolled in school so go with me" I told her "sure" she said obviously not believing me "I'm serious" I said "ok" she said blandly "I'll do a whole promeposal just for you" I told her and she turned red "there will be flowers, singing, food. everything you could ever ask for" I told her "wanna take a picture with me" she asked and I immediately says yes.
