Chapter 30: Messing With The Wrong Person

Due to the series of explosion, the whole city was an uproar as they fled from the affected vicinity and murmur of the cause

Since Reinbach also controls some of the military prowess of this city he was also responsible for the safety of the citizen for he is a noble

When he got to the venue with some of the soldiers he saw some of the different noble are already there which includes Baron's from other nobles in the city

At the same time he was shocked to see an assassin begging for its life while Kaido himself was staring coldly at it

Because of the debris that was floating around of Kaido and the intense bloodlust he is releasing none of the nobles and guards tried to intervene leaving the Assasin at the mercy of Kaido

"Please don't kill me! I was just following or..."

Before the Assasin could finish Kaido made a rock Pierce through the assasins brain followed by multiple debris charging forth at the dead Assasin, leaving the assasins body full of holes

When all ten assasins died Reinbach approached Kaido which alerted the surrounding people anf became tense as the latter approached a monster

"Kaido-dono! May I know what happened here?"

With this question Kaido looked at him while containing his agitation, anger, and irritation

"Some assasins kidnapped the kid! That bastard Earl he finally made a move... That just shows how that kid is important to him" said Kaido

"Reinbach! Tell the others to meet me at the manor" added Kaido

Supposedly the way Kaido treated Reinbach even though he's not a noble should be considered as an insult to Reinbach but the latter owed his wife's life to him, his daughter's pride, and the survival of his business by giving out a new trending product, actually he owed many things to him

Plus he knew just how terrifying is Kaido's power he also got a info from his informant when he investigated Kaido that his power was  insurmountable for an E ranker making him a dangerous enemy when angered

When Reinbach completely followed Kaido the surrounding noble went into a daze as they asks in their head "just who is the noble between them?"

After one Assasin escaped he immediately sent Sui straight to Rundel

"I've accomplished the mission"

Seeing that only one Assasin remained alive proves that retrieving her from that person was a dangerous job

"You did your best" said Rundel

At the same time he ordered one of the guards to put Sui into the underground prison and lock her up until the auction

So with that order the guard followed suite

As the guard threw Sui inside he instructed the other guards to not let their eyes off of that kid, after that he left

When Sui recovered from her daze she begun to tear up as she noticed that she was separated again from her father the second time

When she did she noticed Zia lying at the corner with bruises all over

"Zia-oneechan!" Cried Sui

"I did and found papa but they captured me again" answered Sui

Hearing her that she found her father Zia was joyful for her but also kind of pity her for being separated again

"Don't worry Sui! Onee-chan will find a way to get you out of here" said Zia as she struggled

But contrary to her expectations Sui waved her head refusingly

"Zia onee-chan! I believe papa will save me! I saw how angry he was when I was captured so I know just how much I'm important to him" said Sui

"I believe in him that he can save me! I'm a big girl! Big girls don't cry!" Added Sui

Hearing this Zia was kind of envious for Sui that she still has a family while for her her parents died and her sister was nowhere to be found

"Alright! But let me think of a plan b" said Zia

At this moment Melfina arrived with few combat assasins with her that came from the village and one of them is Okou who is one of the guys who admired Kaido, as for the others they are the members of the village after Kaido's visit so it's natural that they don't know who Kaido is

When everyone was gathered including the Louche family and Rebecca, bother Kaido and Reinbach entered

As they entered Melfina and Rebecca including the wife and Lilith and the other assasins to look at Kaido with a shocked expression

Currently Kaido was angry, irritated and agitated as if he was looked down upon by the Earl

"They finally made their move! A move that completely irritated me! Good that's more like it" mumbled Kaido

He was releasing such intense aura that reminded Rebecca the first time Kaido met her

"Reinbach prepare the evidences! Pass them to the court, Melfina! You and your group raid the sewers rescue the other prisoners and destroy their facility... Kill anyone who resist! Rebecca! Guard this household I'm pretty sure that bastard Earl will send Assasin to finish off any connections that are close to me" as he said that the atmosphere of the room became tensed

"Kaido-sama just what happened that made you angry?" Asks Melfina

"That bastard kidnapped the kid right infront of my eyes as if it looks down on me!" Answered Kaido

Hearing that melfina understood just how much the Earl provoked Kaido's pride and now Kaido wants to Earl fully destroyed

"But kaido-dono what are you going to do?" Asks Reinbach

When he heard this Kaido smirked and cracked some of his own bones as if he was crushing something

"Me? I'm just going to go for the head!"

As Rundel knew that Kaido would charge him so when he is somewhere else he ordered some of its Assasin to kill the viscounts family while some guards the facility in the sewer

Just as he was supposed to sortie out a huge explosion came from the gate that shakes his Manor when he looked out his eyes widened as he saw kaido charging straight for him all by himself
