For example Kaido used his time to spend his time with Sui as he sometimes taught her how to stay calm and control her magic powers with Selery overlooking them

As they did this they would overlook Rebecca's training, as she continoues toaster the sword style of her ancestors which was suggested to her by her father, sometimes Kaido would instead take interest in her ancestral sword but since he's hiding a cursed sword in his storage, the two swords may instead clash against each other

For safety measures he decided to just admire the sword from far away

When the day of departure arrived, Sui relentlessly held unto Kaido as she doesn't want the once broken family to be broken again, the reason was this time she wasn't sure if Kaido would ever come back

With this Kaido bent on his knee towards Sui's eye level and said

"Hey! Cheer up! Don't cry, it's not like we will not meet again... . . I promise we will come back"

"A... . .are you sure?" Stuttered Sui as her face gets filled with bitter sorrow

"Of course! This time it will be long but at least we will meet again... . . Plus your reunited with your mother, your family! You should take care of that, especially take care of her" assured Kaido

"But... . . But your my family too... . . Including everyone!" Insisted Sui as some snot formed up because she was crying

Seeing that Kaido patted her head in assurance while the girl immediately and tightly hugged her as if she never wants to let go as she whispered

"Be careful this time... . . Papa!"

At that Kaido was surprised, that the kid really saw the shadow of her deceased father in him just because they look alike, she even believed that he was her deceased father with just different attitude and name

With that eventful goodbye from his so called daughter, Kaido soon took a look at her biological mother who was not far from her

"Take care of her" he said

"And yourself too" she replied

"Noted!"

As he was about to turn around Selery soon told him why Sui was acting that way

"The way you said your goodbye to her... . . Was the exact same thing that my husband said to her... . . Before the day he died and never return... . . I just hope I wouldn't happen to you too" she said
