I lied.

You know that other day,

when I said I was fine?

I was lying, you see,

I do it all the time

But you never notice,

Just keep moving along,

Everyone's humming,

to a different song

So I'll sit by and watch,

As my lies crumble around me,

And you finally realize,

What you could never see

I'm not fine,

I never was,

But it's too late now,

Your ears are filled with fuzz

From everything else,

more important than me,

and I just wish,

that you could see.
