I think I worded it wrong
BTS and Blackpink aren't OVERRATED but their OVERHYPED, the reason for their popularity is because of their fans(I am an army and blink myself) but they are not overrated
Just because their popular that doesn't mean they are overrated, actually no one is overrated. But some groups can be overhyped due to the fans.
