But lmk how yall are doing with all this craziness happening..im from new york which is supposedly the "epicenter" of this virus ( my luck ) so we definitely not supposed to be going outside and ive been splitting my time between this, tiktok, and editing/watching youtube videos lmao. Lmk what yall are doing to pass the time..? And where yall from??

Also, im tryna get back into reading cause ive been just writing for the past few years and i want to get back into some juicy stories, especially now..any good book recommendations on here??

Kendalls POV

I wake up a little earlier today since its my birthday and i decide I actually want to look cute today.

So i brush my teeth and everything and come back to my room to start my makeup at my vanity. It takes me about 30 minutes before i finish and then start straightening my hair and flipping the ends out to emphasize my layers.

I haven't looked this good since..well, probably the party from like a month and a half ago. I look in the mirror as i fix my fake lashes and look myself over before setting my makeup with setting spray.

Im just wearing some light concealer, blush, highlight, and eyeshadow-and obviously i did my brows too. I line my lips with my favorite nude lip liner before putting on a gloss and puckering up at my reflection

Damn..i dont think my school has ever seen me look this good. I use to do all this when i was in Cali but since being here, i stopped...maybe i'll start again.

I get up and go over to my closet to pick out my favorite uniform combination and put that on. I roll up my knee high stockings instead of the full leg ones and put on my mary jane heels instead of flats, todays gonna be a good day.

Im wearing my khaki skirt with my black thigh high stockings and dark green polo. I put my black cardigan over it with my schools emblem and a dark green headband on.

I come down the stairs with my new Louis bag filled with my notebooks and laptop

"Hey baby" my aunt says "happy birthday sweetheart" she hugs and kisses me on the cheek

"Thank you" i smile widely

"you look beautiful sweetie, i made you breakfast in the kitchen-all your favorites" she says to me as i smell the yummy aroma in the air

"Mm, cant wait aunt Jenna, thank you so much" i say as i put my bag on the couch and head into the kitchen

Today has been going really good so far, so many people have complimented me or said happy birthday to me today. And the girls as a whole pitched in and got me a card and a gift card to victorias secret and Sephora

I dont know what i thought today was gonna be like, but i never expected all this..i truly haven't felt this happy, in a long time..i just wish my parents could also be here for it..
