Sebastian smiled. He walked behind Ciel and opened the door. As they rode to the wake in one of the victims home Sebastian made it clear to Ciel what the undertaker meant. The person involved is known to the families.  The clue about the wall meant the evidence of the killer is literally the walls.. maybe carpenter, wallpaper... someone that had access to the house.  And while this person will be present in all the family, he will not show remorse.  He will be happy he killed them. The killer is killing out of justice.

Ciel walks in quietly and stands looking around a bit at whoever seemed suspicious.

Everyone seemed to be crying.  The body was in a coffin and the other kids were around it.  The parents were in the middle crying.  Nothing seems out of place.  The walls were covered in paintings and floral arrangements.  One of the people there came close to them. Sebastian bowed.  "We are here giving our condolences.  David will be remembered by my master.  They shared the same history instructor and highly competitive on their scores. " Sebastian said.  Ciel didn't know this David!

"Well.. thank you.  Ill sure ill let his parents know.  His brothers and sisters are sure going to miss him.  So tragic... so young..." he cried a bit as he left. Well it isn't that guy!

Ciel walked over by the walls and stood there looking around becoming a bit impatient.

Sebastian looks also.  "Lovely family paintings aren't they?" Ciel looks at them. They look so happy.  The children with their parents.  He remembered one with his own parents.  That day was fun for him.  Sebastian had tried to keep him still for the painter but ciel waned to play..... this was pointless!

Ciel shook his head, and walked out with a few tears in his eyes. His heart was a broken but he tried not to show it so much, especially tried hiding it from Sebastian since all he did was tease him about his weakness. Stupid Demon...stupid everyone, memories hurt.

Sebastian followed.  "Did you see a clue my lord?" He asked.  He tried to figure out what was wrong.

He was so lost in all his memories and pain he didn't even think of the case, he stopped and looked down growling at himself, "idiot!" he felt like on.

"Master.... perhaps you need to reframe your outbursts in the carriage...." everyone was looking at him.  Some started to whisper between them.

He blushed lightly and shook his head, looking down to hide his face as they walk to the carriage.

They walked back and headed to the church where madam red service was about to be held. The white roses were everywhere.  Everything was upsetting Ciel. Can't they just leave.... they had a case.... they had a case.... they.... his mind came back when he heard lady Elizabeth calling him.

He turned to leave the church but felt her tug him back a bit rough, he growled at her a bit.

"Ciel.... They got everything wrong!  I wanted everything to be perfect for her wake.  Oh Ciel please sit with me...." Lady Elizabeth rested her head on his shoulder.

"My lady please let go of me, I have something other to attend to" he looked away, he didn't want to be here it was just hurting him more.

He tried pulling away from her but her grip was tight, "Lady Elizabeth, Let go!" she wouldn't listen, he growled and was close so close to doing anything to get her off even if it meant hitting her. He soon got annoyed and raised his hand slap her off when Sebastian quickly stopped him.

"Lady Elizabeth.  Today been extra hard on my master." He distracted her a bit and pulled Ciel close to him. Hugging him close to his chest.  "his friend was recently murdered and having his aunt pass... Its just too much.  My poor boochan. You do understand he just needs to be alone to grieve.... " he hugged him tight.

"oh Ciel....of course.  I'll just go...." Lady Elizabeth stood up.

"Lady Elizabeth... That's a beautiful painting" Sebastian spoke nicely to her.

"that painting? Yes... It was a surprise gift for madam red but.... " she excuses herself and goes away.

"master... The painting... You should really see it.." Sebastian looked at the painting not aware that he was still holding on to him tightly.

"mine. My boochan." He smiled and released his master from his embrace, then turned him to see the painting. It was very well done.  Madam red likeness was... Beautiful.  He stared a bit as they hung it on the wall.

Ciel blinked for a minute, what did Sebastian just say?, before he could ask Sebastian what he just said, he was turned to face the painting. It was quite the beauty, as he saw them hang it up on the wall, he took a second before he realized something, as he thought,

wait a minute...the walls have secrets...and they also have paintings...which means. It's not just anyone...its someone within the family portraits on the wall...someone in the portrait has been killing the children.'

Sebastian knew what he was thinking, he sneered a bit, "but do notice master, madam red painting is alone. No one else is there"

"But How could someone be part of a painting without being part of it? Unless... The signature...the artists always signs the painting. That has to be their killer..." he spoke softly.  He looked at his butler, "Sebastian, I need you to gather information on the painter, we don't have enough evidence...we'll need to proceed with this investigation more today..." then he turned to look at the coffin where his aunt laid in peace, and spoke softly, "but first..." he walked up slowly to the coffin and looked down at his flawless aunt, he caressed her soft, pale cheeks as he felt his heart beat in drumming pain. His eyes narrowed down to a soft, painful gaze and he leaned down to kiss her cheek, closing his eyes, "goodnight, auntie" his voice trembled a bit as he felt the tears rising but he forced them back. He finally pulled back, and gazed at her one last time, then looked away and slowly walked off and out of the church with Sebastian following behind.

Outside the church Sebastian left to gather more information on the artist painter.  Ciel opened the door to the carriage but saw the driver wasn't back yet.  Typical.  The two officers from before arrive in their own carriage and look around.  They spot Ciel and grin.

"you need help getting in you carriage? I'm surprise you feet actually do touch the ground.  Rich kids get carried most of the time...." The younger officer jokes.

"What is it that you want?" he snapped at them a bit annoyed.

"paying our respects of course... After all she was a first born.... Like you...." The older one revealed.

"The reaction won't be the same..." The undertaker words.

These two didn't know who Ciel was, then it finally got to the young earl. These two were the killers!, but before Ciel could react, the older one pushed Ciel into the carriage and struggled with the youngest one who was covering his mouth with a cloth.... Soon... Everything went dark and Ciel was blacked out.
