Broken

Lying on the bathroom floor.

Forsaken and dejected

Wanting to vanish,

Disappear into a vacuum.

Slowly a hand lifts up to meet

The other which has been so mercilessly shred

By the pieces of glass, all lying about

Just like a heart that can never be seen.

Now leaning on the bathroom wall

The eyes look down to see

A deed, now done

That can never now be ever reversed.
