It's been days since Rey was gone. Not a trace from her. No signals, no words, not even stopping at another rebel base! Finn was starting to grow increasingly more worried as the days passed. His once small seed of quivering doubt now growing continuously as a large plant. No, a tree. Roots far beneath and yet still so tall. Clouding and blocking the sky behind.
Poe was starting to lose it. He had caught Finn trying to sneak out multiple times. And though he wasn't a fan of holding people prisoner, it seemed to be what was right. Maybe? I mean Rey had shook them off for a reason, so it was best to leave her alone, right? Or does she need someone there for comfort, or help even? What if she is in danger? No one particularly knew what to do so they all sat for a few days, waiting. Waiting to see if she was gone forever, if she would try to communicate, if, if, if only. A few more days. I can wait a few more days. They all promised to themselves, no intention of keeping it. Only hope of. And that may just be all they need. That's what's gotten the rebels through all their peril before, so hope can do it again. Hopefully.
