****this takes place after 2 x 10****

The Salvatore school had just admitted Sebastian back to classes he was taking. He would be placed with Hope's grade. He was technically 17 stuck in a box for years. Hope gave him a tour on his first official day. She showed him where the classes were.

Alaric allowed Sebastian to stay because Josie even fought for the right for him to attend this school. Josie never fought for anything. Josie just wanted her sister to be happy. Josie had in fact made Lizzie merge nearly killing her.

The school was under a spell cast by Josie that anyone who fell into Malivore would be remembered once they stepped foot into the confines of the school.

Sebastian was ready for his first day of classes. He sported a black backpack that Lizzie styled with a Salvatore school logo on the front of. Lizzie also styled Sebastian's outfits to cater to him and this generation. He wore a white collar with a black leather jacket and blue jeans with men's black doc martens.

Lizzie wore her hair in a middle part with her eyebrows shaded in. She picked out her white forever 21 lace tank top with a black leather jacket and blue plaid uniform skirt with her own pair of Doc Martens. Her black north face back pack in which she embroidered her own name into.

Lizzie was in the middle of trying to get Sebastian to dorm with him. Alaric wouldn't allow it for obvious reasons. Lizzie resorted to sneaking him in. She loved being close to him. They often cuddled in the night.

Sebastian had finished his classes along with Lizzie. They found each other in the hallway. Hope thought it was funny that Lizzie wanted to match Sebastian. Sebastian found it adorable. Lizzie looked eyes with him. "Sebastian..." She smiled.

He locked eyes with her and grabbed her hand pulling her into an empty hallway. He proceeded to kiss her for 5 minutes straight. "Elizabeth, I've missed you." He said.

Lizzie giggled. He brought a girly part of her that she didn't let other people see out. "I missed you even when I didn't know I missed you." She inhaled. "That was awkward. I'm sorry. I'm so awkward." She exhaled laughing nervously at herself.

Sebastian held her hand and led her into the hallway. Lizzie began leading to her room. She reached her room as they talked about their days. Lizzie went into her room first seeing the book she forgot to put away. It was titled, 'Sebastian The Merciless' by Francis Drake.

Sebastian sighed and sat down on her bed. She tried to pick the book up and hide it anywhere she could. It was too late. "Where did you get a copy of my biography written by the man that held me captive for so long?" He said with a hint of anger in his voice.

Lizzie bit her bottom lip. She felt bad for reading it. "I'm sorry." She said. She sat next to him. "Let me tell you what really happened." He half smiled. He didn't want to make her feel bad. It wasn't her fault for having the book. He felt her father gave it to her to keep her afraid of him.

Lizzie nodded as he flipped the pages in the book knowing what was written in the pages. "I was only 8 years old when my parents sold me to a merchant ship, only to sail away with the crew, I was to do various chores and work for the men on the ship." He stared into her eyes. "It was no life for a boy, I tried to get away, yet, they always found me." He stopped.  Lizzie furrowed her brows.

"Your parents left you?" She said quietly. She looked down into her lap. "Don't feel bad for me." He said as he drew her closer. He kissed her lips gently for a minute. Lizzie pulled away, "Tell me more?" She begged.

Sebastian began again, "when they found me, they devised cruel punishments for me." He felt himself want to cry. He swallowed his tears. "Elizabeth, they took things from me, I'll never get back. I was used to be assaulted and sold again and again." He said quietly.

Lizzie stayed quiet.

"I didn't want to continue anymore. I made a deal with one of the men on the ships that if he turned me into a vampire that I would do anything he needed me to do." He sighed. "I was too angry inside that I killed every single person on that ship when I was given the chance." He said.

"We docked in American and in Roanoke I left to run from anyone that came looking for me." He paused for a moment continuing on. "It is there I Met Cassandra. She helped me control the blood lust. Where do you think all the people in Roanoke went missing? I killed them." He finished.

"Without Cassandra, I would be a different person." He added.

"How am I any different from her?" Lizzie seemed confused. Sebastian shushed her. "Cassandra is a part of my past and I can not pretend she is not." He said. "What's she look like?" Lizzie furrowed her brows more. "She was beautiful. You remind me of her." He smiled. Lizzie wasn't impressed.

Lizzie looked at Sebastian feeling worse than before about reading the book and judging him. "I-" Lizzie stopped herself. "Elizabeth, don't you understand?" Sebastian looked at her.

"You are the next person who makes me a better person." He smiled and squeezed her hand.

"If we are being honest, I have Bipolar 2." She said quietly. Sebastian grew impatient with her and pulled her close again kissing her. "Being left so many times and betrayed, I suffer Borderline Personality Disorder." He kissed her again.

"When you say your crazy, I suppose that makes me crazy too." He furrowed his brows.

Lizzie and Sebastian spent the entire evening talking learning more and more about themselves. Sebastian would always stop the conversation to kiss her. Lizzie liked feeling wanted as did he.
