Chapter 9 part1

The sun rises to disturb avni's sleep ,she opens her eyes with great difficulty because of her headache,to remember  that she was now  married ,she tried to get up to go get a shower thinking that it would be a way to get rid of her headache but she failed because of the wait on her stomach ,it was a hand , Neil's hand who was now sleeping looking like a baby ,and very handsome (she thought) she shrugged that thought and tried to take his hand off her but she stopped when he started opening his eyes and as soon as he saw her red face he understood and took his hand off while mumbling a sorry to receive a small smile from her to say that it was okay.
Avni got up to go to the bathroom but fell again in a sitting position on the bed which made him ask her:
"what happened ? U ok ?" He was concerned ...
Avni:"umm.. no .. I mean yes I am fine it's just this headache I don't know why !"
Neil looked at her surprised:"you don't know why!!!!" Avni nodded .
Neil :"so u don't remember what happened yesterday!"
Avni:"no.. I'm not being able to do that  !!what happened !!" She was worried.but Neil tried to assure her :"no nothing serious you were drunk !you must have drank the wine secretly ! Anyways I ll go get you some lemon juice for your headache!don't move !" How can he sound strict and sweet  at the same time she wondered ...but then she shrugged her thoughts by thinking (him?? Sweet ??never he is the great buisness man )
after some moments he came back and gave it to her , she drank it in one go to avoid the taste . After that Neil was going but she stopped him by her voice .
Avni: « u..m neil ! Can I request you to get me the suitcase from your parents's house ! I have nothing to wear ! Please »
Neil looked at her for a moment and nodded saying that he will send his friend and assistant DD to get it .and he went to the bathroom closing the door fast after messaging dd ,to lean  on the door looking at the mirror and having a conversation with himself:
"What the hell is wrong with you neil ?
You are trying to change your behavior that made you the famous businessman you are today and that too for a girl you just married ? You don't even believe in marriage ! You can't have any feelings for her and definitely not get broken after seeing her real face which is definitely similar to Laila ! She also started being all sweet with you ! Showing you how poor and kind she is ! But at the end she ended up being a gold digger ...! Now go out neil and treat her coldly like you treat every one and be the  Neil khanna not the old young sweet tillu ."
His POV ended and he opened the door and went back to the room without even looking at her but she didn't really notice!
After sometime DD came with her suitcase she changed and went to khanna mansion with Neil to be welcomed by his bebe ,all the family were teasing Avni thinking that something might have happened between them as it is a love marriage for them ,and all this while Neil was literally avoiding any kind of eye contact with Avni and she noticed it so she decided to have a discussion with him, once she reached after him to his room OOPS sorry their room she went to him and tapped his shoulder .
Neil : « what? »without any eye contact .
Avni : « i need to talk to you ! Can you please put your phone aside for one minute and look at me ! Please !! »
Neil: « I don't see the need of that I still can hear you ! Go ahead ! »
Avni: « okay! Did..u..m !! Did I say anything wrong to you yesterday in my ..drunken state !if yes than I'm sorry I wasn't in my senses so.. »she was cut by him.
Neil gave her a very short answer while still looking at the black screen of his phone which was a NO , with that he started walking out of her sight just to stop after feeling her hand holding his .he ignored the sparkle that he felt all through his body and turned to her : « what the hell do you want now ! »
Avni kind of hesitated to ask him after seeing the arrogant boss once again in his irritated and angry tone and that too after some days but managed to ask him : « I just wanted to ask you ! Why are you avoiding me I mean why did your behavior towards me change in one day ! ».neil was about to deny that  but remembered his conversation with his reflexion in the mirror of his bathroom some minutes ago and decided to bring the rude Neil khanna back : « listen to me very carefully ! I am the Neil khanna the businessman who happened to be your boss and is still your boss whom your living in his house for 3 months so don't expect to be treated in any special way and definitely not as my wife and don't you dare try to touch me again , i know very well how middle class girls like you win a rich man's trust so don't try it with me ! » Avni couldn't believe her ears ! The man who yesterday drank with her and was so kind to her is now literally calling her a cheap and that thought made a long hot tear fall all the way down on her cheek wich didn't go unnoticed by Neil but he had to stay away from her he didn't want to have any feelings for her ,he didn't wanted to get fooled again or hurt again .he went out of the room closing the door with a thud . Avni shivered at that and fell in a sitting position on the chair next to the mirror to notice some tears .she whipped them silently and..
Avni's POV:
Why are you crying Avni? You seriously expected respect from him ! A rich man ! You very well knew that rich men are cruel just like your biological father (ketan) he left your mother , he left you , he left his family for more money .all rich men are the same Avni they don't love!they either lust or don't care at all and that's why you never wanted to get married to a rich man , so stop crying and give him what he wants , he wants to stay away from you right ? Then keep a distance from him for 3 months and then sign the divorce papers and move on ! Get married to some middle class guy just like  you who will love you more than his ego , pride and money ! Yes I'll do that I'll bear whatever he does for 3 months and then I'll wake up from this nightmare which I thought could be a fairy tale one day ...
