Prologue
Everyone have that moment in their life. It's what they always avoid. Choosing.
This is my that moment. I have to chose. Easier said than done.
It's a choice made by keeping all the facts on the table. Getting my logic straight. Being cold and logical.
The only problem? I'm not cold and logical. I feel. And right now, I'n feeling love, misery, anguish, anger, fear, sadness all at once.
Yeah, it's a complete mess. I'm all over the place and it's a goddamn mess.
I'm not my pristine self for starters. Salvatore jokes of how I'm always immaculate even in the wee hours of morning.
Salvatore.
Oh, how thinking about him causes pain in my chest. He should be here!
But he's not. My conscious whispers.
My shoulders slump in defeat.
Just like I said, a goddamn mess.
My heart thuds as the phone starts ringing. I hesitantly pick it up.
"Ready, sweetheart?" he sneers on the other end. I close my eyes and send a quick prayer to whoever is above.
I open my eyes and face the cruel reality.
It's now or never.
Thankyou guys for waiting patiently for me!
It's been hard couple months for me and I just didn't have it in me to sit down and write.
