OUR STORY IS ABOUT A TOWN, a small town, and the people who live in the town. From a distance, it presents itself like so many other small towns all over the world.
Safe. Decent. Innocent.
Get closer, though, and you start seeing the shadows underneath.
The name of our town is Riverdale, and our story beings in two separate places. With a boy on the Southside of town with a snake needled into his neck, who defined the Southside and the Serpents by the very definition. He was everything the Northside hated about the Southside, and he absolutely revelled in it.
And our Northside counterpart was a girl, a cheerleader for fair Riverdale High. Rebellious, and angry, and hurting, and a complete imposter.
Because the girl on Northside was every bit as Southside as the boy with the Serpent tattoo. Because Jughead Jones wasn't the only Serpent royalty hiding in a sea of blue and gold.
