Chapter 35

"I am so tired. Why can't I just have a normal pregnancy?" Riley asked as she pulled her computer closer.

Maya shook her head knowing her best friend was having a rough time staying awake but so didn't know how she was able to not sleep at night.
Maya saw as Riley lowered her head and started to snore hitting her face against her laptop.
It was not hard but Maya wasn't going to allow it.

"Riles!" Maya yelled causing her best friend to wake up.
"Okay, guys. We need to keep her awake. At least for now. After you are done with homework I have a plan to fix your sleep schedule," Maya said.
"Let's play some rock," Zay said.
"No," Maya/Lucas/Farkle/Smackle said.
"I'll play some One Direction while we try to get homework done," Maya said.

"And now I can't sleep. Great," Riley said as Maya sighed.

She was sleeping over to find out why her best friend of 17 weeks couldn't sleep at night and that was mainly about her mixing up her days and nights.

"Okay," Maya said as she grabbed Riley's guitar.
"Close your eyes and I'm gonna sing you a lullaby," Maya said and Riley did so while she tried to figure out what to sing.

Maya smiles at the sight if her best friend fast asleep as she threw the cover over her before going back to sleep herself.
