To whom shall I compare thee?
Or to which of nature's beauties liken you?
To me fair maiden thou art a sunflower
One whose beauty the world seeks to devourThy smile is as the moon on gleaming waters
And your innocence doubtless as the sunrise
Beauty exceeding the lights of northern skies
In your bosom I lay and in it take delightThy lips o maiden are as soft as silk
And your touch as calming as still waters
Tonight we shall sit outside but not star gaze...
