I wake up and seek acceptance
The internet my only presence
I'll never be good enough I say
I'm nothing more but enslaved
I did not choose my country or race
Yet, the world has chosen my fate
Allahu Akbar I chant and pray
Allhamdudillahi I live another day
I am but a child in this place
I did nothing to influence its state
My innocence it corrupts with hate
Even till death I am but a slave
I am a victim of your wars
You are the conqueror, have the spoils
Make way! King of the ruins after all
Nothing more but greed's own slave
I am a celebrity with all my fame
It might be gold but it's still a chain
I talk about striving to make a change
But to lust of power, I am enslaved
What is man but a speck in the universe
Our very lives feeble and frail
Love unites, love makes humanity more
Love frees from war and it's lures
