不忘
Don't Forget*
Yoonoh had awakened on a firm hardwood floor along with a white satin sheath draped over his body, it was neatly tucked-in at his sides.
Considering he woke up in an unpleasurable place yet again, it was the thought that count when the sheath was the only comforting object surrounding him. The satin fabric was soft to the touch, his fingertips ever-so-slightly brushed against the fabric as he adjusted to the world around him.
A stream of sunlight was creeping into the crevices of his eyes, it travelled from a nearby graciously opened shutter. It was forcing his tired eyes to squint their way open and change direction, he saw stains of blue and green colours in his eyesight.
From Yoonoh's own personal perspective, it appeared to be rather obvious that he had passed out once again. He had done a very similar thing almost around a day ago. It seemed, he was passing out regularly. Accompanying that, he had likewise forgotten various memories yet again.
It was the dreadful recollections which had brought him to faint in the first place and now they have completely dissolved from his mind like a thief - ready to steal his dignity. It made no sense, how could these memories manage to appear and shoot into his mind when something incredibly overwhelming happens and yet he cannot seem to grasp them any other way? What was wrong with him?
He slams his hand against the dense floor aggressively and keens at the pain, he was having urges to inflict pain on himself since he was so irritated and stressed out with himself. Hence, he repeated the action.
"Yoonoh! Stop that." It was that same familiar voice again. They were sitting right beside him.
Yoonoh spun his head back around to catch sight of the other person, Taeyong. He had no idea that the male was right there beside him. He was left feeling astonished by how he had not managed to distinguish his presence in the room before he had raised his voice.
The way the male spoke had reminded him of someone he had misremembered, someone influential, someone who was not the curious cat who bathed him, nurtured him and had given him clothes and a place to stay for the meantime. It was someone more important to Yoonoh. "You ought to eat, you have lived on a bare stomach for days... see, I made you some porridge, please take it easy. Eating too much with an empty stomach can make you bring it back up if you eat too quickly, I have been there." The half-cat then went to grasp ahold of Yoonoh's hand, holding it in-between his relatively more heated ones. "It will all be fine, you are safe." Yoonoh was encountering a phase of Deja Vu.
As if it was on the docket, Yoonoh's stomach rumbled in a timely manner and he looked at Taeyong with big eyes of visible desperation and want.
He desired food.
"It is daylight," The caretaker lifted Yoonoh's head off of the floor where it once rested on. "However, it would be too cruel to let you starve until dusk." Taeyong brought a spoon up to Yoonoh's lips and tilted his head to the side expectantly, his hand remained on the back of Yoonoh's head to hold him upright since the man was weak. "You might catch a fever, the curse..."
On the spoon was an amount of the mentioned porridge.
Yoonoh was quick to eat it, swallowing it down promptly. He was too starved to correctly taste it and eat at a casual pace. He would eat anything at the moment, just to survive. Even if it meant he would catch a fever.
"I said slowly!" Taeyong then snapped, making Yoonoh jump out of his skin in fear. He was clearly a feisty male, after all, his cat-like traits often outweighed his human ones a large majority of the time. "Take," He put more porridge on the spoon, "your," and placed it against the man's lips once again. "Time." He glared at Yoonoh unintentionally, waiting for the human to react pleasantly to the food that he had painstakingly made for him. The cat could not help but want a good reaction, first and foremost, all of this time he had been caring for Yoonoh he wanted at least a bit of recognition: especially with the porridge, that he had made not so long ago.
