Lynx POV
I woke up I decided to take a shower before going downstairs to open the gifts I did so, but I decided to put on my sleeping clothes again to give like a Christmas effect, but I didn't wanted to be dirty, especially having Severus here.
"Morning" I greeted, Draco, my parents and Severus were downstairs
I saw the tree with a lot of gifts I directly went to them
"Hey hey Lynx, stop!" Draco said
"Do you have a problem though?"
"Of course" He said
"Well, what's your problem? That I have recieved gifts and you don't?" I defied
"Don't be dumb, of course I have recieved gifts, but we should open them with order, not like pigs as you were doing it" He said
"Hey, stop it, both" Said my mother
"Well, what are we waiting for?"- "I will get as old as grandma Druella, I've waited to much" I said and my mom gave me a disapproval look
"What do you have with grandma Druella?" asked Draco
"Oh, nothing, I just mock of her, nothing else" I said
"Okay, then we should start"- "Lynx, look for your gifts and take them" Said my dad, I approached to the tree and I took mines, it took me two trips to collect them all
"I see you received a lot this year, innit my Lynxie?" Mom asked
"Yup, I guess so" and all started looking for their gifts, my mother, my father, Draco and Severus, I think Severus doesn't have many.
"Well, let's start"- "First you Cissy" said my father
"Well, this is from my dad Cygnus" She opened it and it was a beautiful silk sleeping gown
"It's beautiful mom" I said
She opened the one from my father, it was a ring, with a green stone shining in it with an graven M.
"This is the ring of our family, every member of our family use it" My mother gave my father a kiss
"Ugh! I think you should know I don't want a little brother" I laughed
Both chuckled
My mother continued opening the gifts, they were a lot, from a few members of the family Black and Rosier, also from some people we know
My father and Severus finished showing us their gifts i saw Severus liked my present so bad, I got for him a silk black cloak and a potions book
It was our turn, Draco and me started opening the gifts, first, the ones that our parents gave us
I opened the envelope and I saw a new broom! And the same ring as my mom. I immediately place the ring in my index finger, I was proud of being a Malfoy, and that ring is a proof of that.
The broom was amazing, the stick was brown but with some hints of green and the inscription 'L.M.'
"A new broom! Thank you father!" I said admiring the broom,
"It's not just a broom, is a Nimbus!" Draco said. My father gave the same broom to Draco, it was almost like mine, the only difference was that it had some hints of silver and the inscription 'D.M'
"I asked the Nimbus creators to personalise your brooms"
"This is awesome!" I said and we moved on to the next gift, the one from my mother
We opened it and we saw elegant backpacks for us, with our name on them and a set to clean and give service to our brooms
"It's great!" My mother smiled to us
I continued opening my gifts, I recieved from Marcus and his family, it was a cloak, it was green with silver, it was lovely, he also gave me a perfume, that he brought from France, it was a cute gesture of his, and the book I've wanted Flying With the Cannons book.
Daphne gave me a gold chain with my initials a bracelet with diamonds was there too , it also had a letter
"Thank you for being my best friend beautiful Lynx, I'm glad to have you. The bracelet I sent to you is a friendship bracelet, I've got one too :) I love you , I can't wait to see you again,
Daphne "
I smiled, it was really cute from Daphne
The next one was a purple shiny hair band, but it came with a description
"This band is made of an special material that protects your hair for getting tangled, I got it for when you play Quidditch"
it was surprisingly from Pansy
I continued on opening the gifts, from my grandma, friends and some teachers sent my candies an a letter, for the gifts I sent them. The last one I've got had no sender.
It was an old Advanced Potions Making book. I opened it and and it had a lot of doodles and how to make potions in a better way. It also had a lot of spells I never heard about. It was quite awesome and useful, I was really thankful for it. I wondered who gave it to me, I was amazed. The curious thing is that, the calligraphy that was there I've saw it before, I thought and thought, until I completely remembered, Professor Snape's letter.
I turned to see him and he gave me a small smile, it was from him
