I get a feeling like heat in my chest. I am really nervous. How will he react?

Ok umm... a about a year ago I had a seizure and so they took me to the hospital. And I had an MRI along with other tests and something came up. I say

I have a brain cancer.... I say

I have a year to live I say and I take a deep breath and I start to talk again
This is why I did not want to start a relationship right now. I want to focus on my friends and family right now and the time I have left I say
I get that Noah says but who you not like to spend your last year with someone you love?
I would but I could not give someone that heartbreak I say

I get up and walk upstairs and go into my bedroom and call my best friend

Noah Pov

I don't know how to feel.  In the short time that I have known her she has made me feel things I never have felt before for anyone but Millie... I just sit there contiplating what to do.                                  
I get up and go outside and start to walk along the beach.                                                                                      After awhile I sit down and see if I have my phone. I scroll through my contacts to see who I could call. I can't call my mom or dad or sister they would freak out. I can't call Gaten or Celab because I don't think she wants them to know yet. I can't tell Finn cause he will tell Millie and I want to tell her. The only two people left. And I only feel comfortable talking about is one which is Millie.So I call her. Within the first few rings she picks up.                                                                                                                                                      
Hey Noah she says happily then she see my face What is wrong she asks
I tell her everything Thea just told me.                       whoa Millie says of course you fell in love with her  
I look at my hands and say she is not the only girl I am in love with.                                                                   Noah she says you need choose. If you choose her you need to tell her how you feel and that you want to spend the time she has left with her not without her. You also need to tell her that you can handle that heartbreak.

I hang up and get up and start to walk back and think of who I will choose.

Lola Pov
I walk upstairs and call my best friend Ava and add Dylan and Lola to the call.
