Chapter 8

~~~~[y/n] POV~~~~

I lay on my bed looking at the ceiling, I turn to my side and see the clock

1:26 AM

I couldn't stop thinking about what Kirishima said, I sat up on my bed and decided to do more research on sugar glider's, as I did I also found out about ferrets

Now I'm debating whether I should get a sugar glider or a ferret...

..... maybe both?

I just shut my computer off and set it to the side, I got some sleeping pills and laid back down, after some time I finally went to bed

~~~~[y/n] Dream~~~~

I was sitting in my café with a tea in front of me, I didn't think much of it and took a sip, but once I did I was at a different place

I look around and noticed that I was in a club... like the one I went to

I turn my head and see Midoriya kissing Ochako

I grumbled and walked away, I sat down on a stool and ordered a couple of shots and drank them like there's no tomorrow

I laid my head on the counter hiccuping and hear someone sit next to me, I open my eyes and see Kirishima

But now I'm in my café... again

"Wow your green tea is really good, I can see why people come here often"

"Oh, thanks"

"Now I can see why Midoriya talks about you a lot" I was just looking at him confused "he says how your nice and it's easy to talk to you, he likes how you laugh and how your eyes sparkle when you talk about your favorite hobby, I can see why he might have a crush on you....

......... and I feel the same way" we both lean closing our eyes

~~~~[y/n] POV~~~~

*beep* *beep* *beep* *beep*

I slammed my hand on the alarm with a pissed off face "fuck you alarm! I was having the best goddamn dream and you just had to ruin it!" I leaned back on my bed

That's what Kirishima said to me last night, apart from the kissing, but still it would've been nice if the alarm clock just gave me like five or ten seconds before blaring in my ear

I got up groggily and got ready for work, today was... interesting, there was a news reporter in front of my café, she came up to me when I was opening my shop

She asked questions on who inspired me to open my café, and why, who do I work with, why the pro heroes where working with me

I tried to answer as many as I can, but I needed to serve my customers so she cut it short and left

Luke and Alex where confused but I told them not to worry about it "so I've decided I'm gonna get sugar gliders"

"Ooohhh, can't wait to see them" Alex said

"Also a ferret" he gasped excitedly

"When do you get them"

"Next Thursday, after I close the café" I buttered the batter and popped it in the oven, today was busy as usual so we didn't have time to rest

Peaches was playing with the kids while watermelon was singing a song, so at least there keeping them busy

I see Alex flirting with a customer so I threw a cherry at him, he scratches the back of his head and looks at me "no flirting with the customers" I see him become red and go back to his job

Then I see Alex flirt with Luke, he looks at me with a smug face and continues to say "what? You said no flirting with the customers" I walk past him, grabbed a wet rag, twirl it up and smacked his ass

I see him clutch his butt while he let out a scream, the customers started laughing while he fell on the floor rolling around "that's what happens when you get sarcastic with me"

"Owowow! I'm sorry! But you didn't have to slap me that hard!"

"The smug look on your face made me say 'gotta go hard' if you hadn't looked like that, I would've given you a little mercy" he slowly got up "okay we've kept the customers waiting, let's hurry up"

By the end of the day we relaxed, I flipped the sign and started to clean up, I was by myself humming a tune

Peaches was looking out the window and watermelon was in top of her head, after I was done cleaning I leaned against the counter and sipped in some tea

I'm beginning to think that Midoriya might not come since it's been fifteen minutes, so I walked out the door to lock it

"[Y/N]!! Wait!" I turn to see Kirishima running "hey, hope you don't mind but is it alright if I can order a drink and we can talk some more?"

"Oh! Y-yeah, sure" we walk inside and I got him a muffin

"So I was wondering, can you teach me how to bake, if you don't mind"

"Oh sure" we walk in the kitchen and I started teaching him the basics of baking

It's been about an hour so we wrapped things up, we where standing behind the counter where the cash register was, I put my hand on the counter when Kirishima cracked a joke, I had tea in my mouth and some of it came out when I laughed, that's when I accidentally knocked my tea spilling it all over the ground

I knelt down and started to clean it up

~~~~Izuku's POV~~~~

'Hope she doesn't mind that I came late' I walked to the front of her café and peered through, "oh, Kirishima is here too... wonder why he's so red" and just like that I see [y/n] get up from behind the counter

I see her wipe her lips and I just stand there feeling my blood run cold "d-did they... n-n-n-no they didn't.... maybe they did"

I look ahead and Kirishima waved 'how can he act so natural after what I witnessed!?!' [y/n] opened the door and let me in

"Sorry I was just cleaning the tea I spilled" I sighed out feeling relieved that it wasn't what I thought

We all sat down and started talking and that was that, but it seems that Kirishima and [y/n] are getting close

'Hopefully he doesn't tell her how he feels, or I might lose against him'
