It was a new day at work for Kao, and yet he felt a deja vu as he entered the venue. He saw Tan who was flustered like before and P'Sin with a glad smile on his face. Kao could guess that the same thing happened again.

"Kao! Sorry to burden you again, but this time Parm was out there alone. Win probably got sick because he work overtime to cover Parm. Can you help?" P'Sin kept his focus on the dishes he working on, but Kao could see he was a bit stressed so he rushed to the guest area after wearing his apron.

Kao was a bit surprised to see more customers than before, and what made it worse is that he knew Parm, also a first year from music faculty, usually handle cashier only so it wasn't easy for him to handle the customers. Kao pat on Parm's shoulder who was on the verge of crying and tried to calm him down.

"Ai'Parm. Take it easy and handle the cashier first. I'll take care of the customers." Kao said with a calm tone as he need to make Parm focus again.

"Thank you Ai'Kao." Parm showed his gratitude and return behind the counter to check on the bills while Kao took a notepad and pen and then start to get to work.

Fortunately Kao already had experience for this kind of situation, so he did his work like he used to. It wasn't hard to ran here and there as the venue's size was not too big. Kao already taking order and deliver food for seven tables and only one left. He walked to the last table to see the same figure as he saw few days before.

"Good morning, P'Tay. Can I take your order?" The smaller guy greeted Tay in proper manner and ready to write down on his notepad.

"Triple Chocolate, Americano." He glanced a bit at Kao as he said his order.

"P'Tay..." Kao then remembered what Fong told him yesterday, and yet the man who was sitting in front of him order the same menu. "We have other kind of cake if you want to try. Blueberry cheesecake, red velvet, strawberry shortcake..."

"Why?" Tay look displeased, but he didn't get angry. He was just confused as why Kao didn't take his order just like before. That single word was enough to make Kao explain his reason.

"P... P doesn't like chocolate, right?" Kao asked carefully as if he was afraid Tay would get angry when he use the wrong word. Instead of answering, the older guy just sigh and stare at Kao again, this time with a questioning look. "Fong told me, P."

"Fong... You close with him?" It was a short question but a chilling one. Kao didn't understand the meaning, but answered it truthfully.

"Yes, P." Kao swore he could see a hint of anger when he said yes, but it was gone the moment he continue his sentence. "Fong is like a brother to me, their family took me in..."

It was personal matter, Kao thought. So he just stopped his sentence in the middle, making the guy with his eyebrow raised leaned back in dissatisfaction.

"Triple Chocolate and Americano." Tay didn't change his order at all. Kao just nodded and wrote down the order before leaving.

Only five minutes later the food and drink Tay ordered before was finished. At the time Kao delivered it to where Tay was sitting down, the cafe quiet down a bit as most people already left. Kao put down the cake and a cup of coffee on the table then just stood there.

The one who ordered took a piece of chocolate cake and put it in his mouth. He didn't took out the spoon immediately as he felt a gaze from above him. He stare back with a questioning look.

"P'Tay... Why did you order chocolate if you didn't like it?" Kao was curious. Usually people will only picked something that they like.

"..." Tay was thinking how to answer it, then he drink his coffee before before replying with his still face. "Sometimes I pick something that I don't like, because I believe something better will come out of it."
