After ordering whatever she want from Malhotra's to her PA, Nandini cut the call and got busy in making lunch for themselves. Before making lunch she check material available for making lunch. So she got only Aloo, rice and wheat flour. So she decided to make Dum Aloo, pulka, plain rice and payasam for lunch. So she got busy in making lunch. After 1 and half hours she done with making lunch. After that she keep all dishes on table where they can have their lunch. After that she moves towards Manik who is sleeping on bed. Sitting on bed, Nandini admire Manik for some minutes. After that she started waking up him. So she speak,
Nan: (while caressing his hairs she speak) Manik wake up. Manik.
But he didn't wake up. So this time she speak,
Nan: Shona wake up. It's lunch time.
Listening this Manik hold Nandini's hand in his hand, he moves towards her and keeping his head on her lap he speak,
Man: No maa I want to sleep more.
Nandini got shocked listening maa world from Manik's mouth and also got to know that he missing his maa very badly. Composing herself Nandini again speak,
Nan: No more sleep shona. Wake up now it's lunch time. If you want to sleep then after lunch you can sleep shona. Now wake up.
Slowly Manik wake up from his sleep and gives his smile to Nandini. Nandini also gives him smile in return. Before Nandini speak anything Manik turn around and snuggling in her stomach hugging her through waist. Seeing this Nandini ask while caressing his hairs,
Nan: (while caressing his hairs she speak) Shona don't you want to eat lunch. It's lunch time.
That's it. Listening lunch time, Manik got panicked and get up from her lap while babbling,
Man: What lunch time? How can I sleep this much. I have to go office. If I will not go then they will punish me.
Nandini holding panicked Manik's hand speak,
Nan: Manik clam down. Don't panic. You don't need to go office. No one will punish you for not going to office.
Man: No Nandini you don't know these Malhotra's. They are very cunning. If I don't go to office they will punish me. You know in past days one day I didn't go to office due to fever. When I went to next day to office they punished me very badly. You know as a punishment for not attending office they send me store room which is very dark, having a lot of dust with mouses to clean after knowing also that I am scared of darkness and have allergy of dust. You know that day is worst day of my life. Fully day I am shivering due to fear of darkness and sneezing due to allergy of dust. My body is paining but they didn't showed any sympathy to me. At evening some how I reached here. My fever that night goes very high. No one was there to look at me. I know how I spend whole night that day. Next day still I had fever. So after visiting doctor and taking medicine I attended office with fever only. So that I don't have to face any punishment again. From that day till today I didn't take any leave except public holiday.
