Harry Potter
Students belonging to this house are known to be hard-working, friendly, loyal, honest and rather impartial. It may be that due to their values, Hufflepuffs are not as competitive as the other houses, and are more modest about their accomplishments. Hufflepuff is the most inclusive among the four houses; valuing hard work, dedication, patience, loyalty, and fair play rather than a particular aptitude in its students.
Author's note on it
Yes, a controversial decision, Rosalyn on Hufflepuff (or perhaps not so controversial).
But, I think that she could be one of those where the hat would be wondering where to. She is loyal to those she loves, and it's shown in the book (Did she had problems with those who she loved? Yes. Did she fall apart a little with some of them? Yes. Does it make her less loyal to them? No.)
She's hard-working. Rosalyn had become a great witch in the year she spent on the school, and she went from learning only one spell to know almost as much as the rest. For that, and many other reasons, she belongs to Hufflepuff.

Game of thrones house
House Tully's words are "Family, duty, honor". They are characterized by being taller than the average, redheads, and blue eyes. It's been said that they are also good looking.
Author's note on it
I know, that, for those who had seen the series, will probably scream at me (and those who had read the books will probably behead me) but, listen on it.
At first, I thought "well, by looks, she's probably a Stark, perhaps a Baratheon, if we take a look on dear Lord Gendry"But, we gotta remember that there are exceptions. Arya Stark was born looking like a Stark, rather than a Tully, as her siblings. Jon Snow, later known as Aegon Targaryen (I will be forever salty on this) isn't even near to what a Targaryen looks like (again, haven't read the books, so I don't know how he should really look) or, our great Tyrion, who doesn't look like a Lannister.
So with that in mind, I thought on house representation.Tully's words are "family, duty, honor" and, how I see it, it's really present on Rosalyn. Even though at first she doesn't actually get along with all her family, she tries her best with them, having strong bonds with her mother, her mother's boyfriend (who's her paternal figure), and tries to forge a bond with Alaric and the twins.
As for duty, Rosalyn isn't so strong on that side. She does things that she shouldn't, but always tries to do the right thing, and I think, in the end, she ends up choosing her duty when she tries to save her family by getting away from the others to put her merge on hold.
I also had thought on the house Martell, as their words are "unbowed, unbent, unbroken" because I can also see some of their representation on Rosalyn, but I think it suits her more to be part of the house Tully.
(But, if you think it suits her more the House Martell or any other, I'm open to discuss)
