Overall Poetic analysis: This concrete poem is of a shattered alchohol bottle. Alchohol is a type of stress reliever to most people and hence, a shattered alchohol bottle could signify stress as the stress reliever is broken. However, there are still things that are bottled up in the bottle. Those that escaped were positive emotions while thouse that are trapped in the bottle brings on a negative connotation. The poem could be read with or without the things in and out of the bottle.
