19. Pain?

"Look's like.. someone figured out your siblings.." Jieun unnie said and we sigh "How the heck did they even found out about it?" I said while clenching my fist

"At the same time.. Y/n is trending. For sure she will gain a lot of attention" Jieun unnie said and we nod and I smile "That's my sister.." I mumble while smiling looking at Y/n's picture on the screen

After eating we cleaned up everything and turned off the tv "I'll sleep on the couch, how 'bout you two?" Jieun unnie said

"We will be beside her" she nod and we took a chair and I was on y/n's left side while Irene unnie was on the right side

I held her hand and lean myself on the bed same as unnie and I closed my eye's and I didn't notice I fell alseep

I was woken up by my head aching in pain so I growned and I then felt a hand were holding my right hand, I opened my eyes to see my two sister's sleeping

Huh? How did I get here? I remembered I was at the OR? Wait.. IS IT DONE?!

I looked at the watch of Suzy unnie and it was already.. 1PM?! WHAT THE HECK

I noticed it was only us here, I was debating if I should wake them up or not

So I just planned on not waking them up since I think they are tired

I was looking at suzy unnie, for some reason I was thinking if she is dating anyone.. I don't know it just pop out of nowhere

'Wait.. should I prank them? Hihihi.. sorry unnie's I love you~~~' I then noticed Suzy unnie was waking up so I immedietly faked sleep

I felt her leaning her face and she peck my cheek "Y/nn.. your still not awake? Please wake up now.." her voice is pretty raspy

I then plan on 'waking up' I then open my eyes and look at Suzy unnie who was using her phone while interwining our hands

I think she felt me moved, she looked at me wide eyes "Y/n your awake!" 'It's time to prank them' I flinched and remove my hand from her and moved away from her "U-uhm s-sorry.. who are you?" I said with a confused and terrified look

And her eyes widen "Y-you don't remember m-me?" I shook my head and I notice Irene unnie was also waking up "Y/n!" I flinched and looked at her terrified "U-unnie.. s-she doesn't remember a-anything.." I looked at Suzy unnie who was.. crying.. shit.

Dumbass y/n "W-what?! Y-you don't remember anything..?" I was about to speak when they burst into tears
