Rebecca's POV
"The nurses won't mind that you stayed in my room over night." She tells me and I nod. I reach into my jean pocket and hand her the only thing left of Kylie.
"What's this." She asks me and her breathe is hitching.
"Kylie wrote that when you and her had a fight that one time and she never gave it to you." I tell her and she looks up at me with broken eyes.
"Thank you." She says.
"No, thank you for having such a wonderful daughter that I was go grateful to get to know and That she was willing to deal with me the biggest asshole on this earth." I say.
"Do you have someone at home?" She asks me changing the subject she hates when I say that.
"Yeah." I say and then remember how poorly I was to Mylenah.
"It's a 10 hour drive. You better get going" she says and hugs me one last time and pushes me out the door and I can hear her crying from the other side of the door.
I leave the hospital but remember to pay the lady at the front to be nice to her and give her good food.

I am on the road and I can hardly berate but I know I will always have Kylie in my heart.
