A Different Side of Cat Valentine

Chapter 11

I woke up the next morning with a bit of a headache. No doubt a result of all the alcohol the night before. I looked over and saw beck wasn't there.i sat up and on the bedside table there was a glass of water and two advils.  I reached over and grabbed the two pills and swallowed them. I crawled out of bed and walked into the main area. Tori was sitting on the couch looking like she had the plague be was at the table with jade drinking coffee. Sher also looked like hell. I decided to let my inner bitch out and yelled

Me- GOODMORNING EVERYBODY

Tori- cat normally I try and be as nice as possible but if you do that again I will rip your voice box out of your throat and shove it up your fucking ass

Me- haha sorry

Jade- Cat how are you not Jung over

Me- cuz I didn't drink any rum

Jade- huh

Me- I've told you thus before I can drink whiskey vodka and beer till the bloody fucking cows come home but just three shots of rum and boom I get hungover

Jade- huh

I want and made myself a coffee. I sat at the table with my straight black coffee

Beck- you drink your coffee black

Me- how do you drink it

Beck- black

Jade- black

Tori- your all nasty

Me- tori do you want me to raise my voice

tori- oh good Lord no I'm sorry

Me- that's what I thought 

Beck- so what ya'll wanna do today

Me- well lo don't care if you guys stay here but I gotta work from 12 till 8. But after you guys wanna have some drinks and play cards.

Beck - sounds good babe

Tori- sure

Jade- I'm down

I looked at my phone and saw another slap notification. I opened it and saw a message from Nina

You will never amount to anything you worthless piece of shit

I Slid my phone over to jade who looked at the message getting more and more mad. I then showed beck who you could tell was on the edge of blowing up like an unstable atomic bomb.

Jade- that's it the bitch is gettin her ass kicked

Me- Jade no you can't get in any more trouble this semester or your out of hollywood arts.

Jade- worth it

Me- No jade it's not you won't touch her.

Jade- but she's be-

Me- Jaaaaddddeeee

Jade- fine

I got up from the table to go shower. I got in and etc the hot water wash over me relaxing my muscles.  After I was done washing I got out and went to my bedroom. I put on a white t shirt that fit me nicely. A pair of dark blue skinny jeans. A pair of converse and I put my hair up into a pony tail. I put on just some eyeliner and eye shadow. When i walked back put into the living room everybody had the news on

Me - what's going on

Beck- the whole makeup hair and costume design wing of hollywood arts is on fire.

Me- oh my god what

I looked at the TV to see that the whole far wing of the school had flames. The firefighters looked like they were getting close to being able to put it out. Which I was grateful for. I was glad it wasn't the wing where any of my classes were. We watched as the helicopter swirled around. After about 30 minutes we saw crews going inside the doors to that wing and we're putting out any remaining fires.

I'm Carl praxton and I'm here at the scene of hollywood arts high school where a fire has completely destroyed the whole east wing of the school. The cause of the fire is said to be a hair straightener that was left plugged in and turned on. The total cost of the damage is estimated at roughly $692,000

we turned off the TV. 

Me- I wonder if we have school Monday

Jade- probably I doubt any other parts of the school were damaged

Tori- why do you say that.

Jade- because after last time this happened they installed a system that creates a 4 inch wall of high pressure water.

Tori- this happened before

Beck- twice

Tori- what the fuck

Me- I know... sorry guys I gotta go to work I'll see you guys later.

Becks POV

After cat left we all just kind of sat there looking at the picture of our school. The the whole wing was charred and dripping. It's better than last time when it was the blackbox and the time before that in the 90s when the whole place burned down. The school was mostly made of concrete bricks now but the east wing was different it was all drywall and wood framing. I got up and went to the fridge grabbing an apple

Jades POV

I sat on the couch thinking about how i need to get a job. Of I'm going to love here i should at least pitch in on the bills. I opened my phone to see i had a message from Nina. What the fuck did she want. I pressed on the name

So i hear that you aren't too pleased with me Jade. I also heard you wanna kick my ass. Bring it on west I'll fight you any time anywhere.

Alright the butch asked for it cat can't get mad at me now. But Hellen still could. I was in a serious dilemma defend myself and more importantly cat or lose everything i have spent years working towards.  This is something i would have to think about.

Hey ladies and Gents hod ya like this chapter again it was kind of another filler chapter. I'm in the process of trying to think of new ideas for the story.
