Yamaguchi was sitting on his bed, just staring at the ceiling, not wanting to do his homework. Tsukishima on the other hand was getting his homework done. And enjoying it.
(A/N: its math. I feel like Tsukki is a math kinda guy.)
"Tsukki why do we have to do math if we're never gonna use it?
"How many pillows are on your bed?"
"Why?"
"I'll ask again- How many pillows are on your bed?"
"...3...4?"
"That's math."
"Wha-"
Tsukishima chuckled and smiled.
(A/N: his smile tho 😳)
Yamaguchi looked at his pillows and frowned.
"Math sucks though..."
Tsukishima shrugged. He did like math but...it wasn't the best thing in the world.
"But it can get you a good job?"
Yamaguchi sighed and grabbed the volleyball that was sitting on the floor by his bed.
"Hey Tsukki, lets go play."
Tsukishima put his pen down and sighed. He stood up and followed Yamaguchi out to his backyard.
They tossed the ball back and fourth for what seemed like hours. After they finally finished it was dark out. Nearly pitch black.
"What do you wanna be when you grow up?"
-Yamaguchi asked
"I don't know. But we're just kids y'know. We still have to make it through sixth grade!"
Yamaguchi nodded. He smiled as he walked back over to Tsukishima.
He gave him a light hug.
