Annabelle woke on the morning of her birthday to her mother being sick once again ,it was a Saturday so she was surprised when a box arrived on the doorstep
It was a box addressed to her with a note which said "happy birthday Annabelle from the Kingsley family"
She opened the box and found 2 pairs of black leather t-bar shoes and 1 pair of black leather sandals plus 2 dresses that were in her size
She had never been given a gift for her birthday
And she sat down and wept ,Before going back inside
There she discovered her mother collapsed on the floor
"Mum wake up,Wake up" Annabelle said to her mother who was lying on the floor
Annabelle then ran to the phone to call the ambulance
The ambulance had to come and take her mother away ,
Annabelle wondered if this was it ,was this the last time
What would happen to her ?
She had no contact with her extended family
The paramedics noticed the gift that she received and called the Kingsley's
Michael and Daniela along with Samantha promptly went to the hospital and comforted a distressed Annabelle
This was her Birthday ,no kid should have go through this
