I cleared my obviously disgusted facial expression and sat back in my chair. I flung my phone at the other couch. Turns out it bounced off, hit the glass table, and fell flat onto the floor. I heard a crackling sound.
Crap.
My mother, who now was making the disgusted facial expression that I once made, shook her head in disappointment. She raised her eyebrow, "You already know."
Yes, yes I did know. I knew that I wouldn't have a functioning phone in my hands for a while.
I got up and picked up my phone once I calmed down. The screen was pretty much shattered. I tried to turn it on. Nothing.
Meanwhile, in the group chat:
