Title: PHOBIAS (capital or common letters)
Subtitle: not required but optional
Author: samaishaali
Theme/Genre: Sci-fi/mystery/horror/thriller/paranormal can work, but if you have one that you think can work that isn't in any of these genre categories, I'll still accept it!
Colours: Any you'd like. Related to the theme you pick.
Face claims: can be done but not required
