Precious Kohais

~chapter 1~

It was a nice day. The sun was shining brightly, clouds where no where to be seen as a warm breeze could be felt on the skin. A perfect day for practice. The boys volleyball team was having a long awaited water break. But instead of drinking their waters and resting a bit they stared at the scene that was happening in front of them. Mostly the 3rd years at this point, they were boiling with anger.

"Taichi~" Kawanishi was sitting on the floor with his legs crossed and his arms a bit in front of him resting on the ground to support him. In front of him was a girl with
(h/l) (h/c) hair and sparkling (e/c) eyes.

She was wearing her volleyball club sweatpants and a plain black shirt.
The (h/c) head was standing on her knees close to Kawanishi and her hands were on  Kawanishi's cheeks. She was softly pulling them and rubbing them while playing with his hair.

"Yes Y/n-senpai?" He looked at the girl with curious eyes.
"You're so cute~" Y/n let out a small giggle as she continued to play with his cheeks. Kawanishi looked at the 3rd years in the corner of his eyes, not turning away from the (h/c) head, as he felt glares coming from them.

He smirked mischievously as he sank deeper in the girl's hands enjoying the attention she gave him. "Thank you Senpai."

People would suspect that the two were dating but around Shiratorizawa it wasn't an unusual thing. Everyone knew that Y/n had a soft spot for the 1st and the 2nd years. It was a normal thing seeing the girl giving a lot of attention to her precious kohais.

"Where are Tsutomu and Kenjiro?"
Y/n asked the boy that was sitting in front of her. "Goshiki failed his English test and asked Shirabu to help him study so they aren't here today." The boy answered with a small smile, happy that he got the girl all to himself today.

"Oh I see. Then I guess you get all of my attention today~" the (h/c) head let out another small giggle as she ran her fingers through Kawanishi's hair.

Not taking it anymore Tendou spoke up "Y/n-chan.!" Everyone turned their heads towards the middle blocker as he tried to come up with a excuse for yelling her name out loud "Yes Satori?"
"U-Um..d-don't you have practice?" He smiled nervously and scratched the back of his neck.

"H-Huh?" The girl stoped what she was doing and took out her phone from her pocket and looked at it seeing that it was already 1:50pm and practice was about to start in 10 minutes. "W-Wait.! I forgot!" She stood up and looked at Kawanishi "I'm sorry Taichi, I have to go. I'll see you later okay?" She gave the boy a quick hug before running out of the gym. "Bye guys!" and she was gone.

Now everyone turned their attention towards Kawanishi once again as he was staring at them with a frown on his face. "Why did you do that?" He asked Tendou with a bit of anger in his voice.
"What do you mean why did he do that?!" Semi interrupted Kawanishi's glaring "You can't just steal Y/n away like that!" He hissed. "Yeah! You're not the only one who wants her attention.!" Yamagata joined in.

"Guys calm down." Reon stepped in trying to calm the two angered boys. "Don't Tell me to be calm Reon! I know you want her attention too!" Reon blushed a bit at Yamagata's out burst. "You guys are just jealous" Kawanishi claimed. And that was the final straw, Semi and Yamagata were about to go off at Kawanishi but got interrupted by their coach.

"GO BACK TO PRACTICE" the boys sweat dropped and nodded.

(Y/n) POV

"Shit I'm gonna be late.!" I changed quickly into my spandex shorts and my volleyball jersey and rushed out of the locker room. It was a normal thing for me to be later. I always found something to distract me from doing my task.

This time was Taichi, I couldn't help but love the boy. Of course I loved him as a friend and he was my precious kohai. It took him a while to warm up to me since he was rather a shy and quiet type. As for Tsutomu and Kenjiro...Tsutomu was all over me since the first day and Kenjiro took a while too. Even to this day he keeps on roasting me and being the salty person he is. But he's also super sweet and nice to me.

I couldn't help but smile as I thought about the boys. Finally, I arrived at the 2nd gym that was intended for the girls volleyball team. Opening the door I stoped and gasped for air. "I-I'm...h..h..h-here..." I signed.

No one's POV
"Oh would you look at that. Right on time Y/n ~" Suma greeted the girl that was sweating at this point.
"You look tired. What happened?" Y/n shook her head "N-Nothing..Let's just p-practice." The blond girl nodded as they both walked towards the other members.
